It replaces the third and fourth year of high school.

The IB curriculum is also less focused on memorization of facts and rather leads to understanding the principles underlying various scientific or humanitarian phenomena, connecting subjects and significantly encouraging creativity and critical thinking.

Academic honesty is one of the fundamental rules of this program, and you must always cite all sources from which it is taken. Submitted papers are uploaded into the system, and it assesses the percentage of similarity to other works. This is excellent preparation for university study.
