Additionally, students must meet three other criteria for what is called the core:

Complete an EXTENDED ESSAY. Students must write an extended essay of approximately 4000 words, which requires a significant amount of research, critical thinking, and research skills.

Satisfactorily complete the THEORY OF KNOWLEDGE (TOK) subject.

CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) is compulsory extracurricular activity that does not affect final grades, but its successful completion is a requirement for the issuance of the IB diploma.

Creativity is interpreted as encompassing a wide range of activities related to creative thinking.

Activity focuses on physical activities, promoting a healthy lifestyle.

The goal of the activity is to instill healthy habits for life.

Service requires students to understand their ability to make a meaningful contribution to improving their community and society.

Through Service, students develop and apply personal and social skills.
