Individual Skills

Game Situations and Team Exercises

  • Working in Pairs and Groups:
    • Scenarios such as 1-on-1, 2-on-1, 2-on-2, 3-on-1, and 3-on-2.
  • Studying and Practicing Game Systems, Including:
    • Breakouts and regrouping.
    • Transitions in the neutral zone.
    • Playing in confined spaces.
  • Mastering Techniques for Penalty-Free Opposition Delay:
    • Enhances effectiveness in defensive play.
