Despite the fact that the greatest part of the day of academy students is hockey training, their education is an equally important link of the program. The number of students and pupils choosing to study in Slovakia (Bratislava) grows annually.
Education in Slovakia is currently the most attractive and promising direction among many other international educational programs, because you can get free education at university level if you can demonstrate good knowledge of Slovakian and some other foreign language.
Our partner in the field of education is Súkromná základná škola Česká 10

Below you can see an example of grade 8 timetable

However, starting from gymnasium grade 1 in-depth knowledge is presented in the context of subjects required to enter the university.
Foreign students are provided with a grace period to let them adapt. The grades from the certificate of education for the previous year which was obtained back home can be used in the meantime.
Children are provided with hot meals at school. Each lesson lasts 45 minutes. There is a midday break (30 minutes) after 6 lessons.
Several times a year a “School in nature” is organized. The students are taken to outdoor locations (mountains) where they go rafting, mountain skiing, snowboarding, and learn the rules of survival in nature with the guidance of experienced instructors. Such events are directed to teambuilding, they facilitate personal enrichment, improve the health of children and help them to immerse in the language.
Also, during the year the school offers tours for learning English with native speakers. Trips to London and Malta for 7-10 days with supervision of one of school’s teachers are organized at a reasonable price.
