Important reminders for hockey players!
Strength - muscle strength growth rates increase from 12-15 years during the hockey player's puberty. Intensive strength development begins at 15-19 years!!!
Endurance - the ability of a hockey player to sustain moderate-intensity work for a long duration. The greatest improvement is observed at 15-17 years!!!
Starting Speed - the principle of movement in hockey involves frequent accelerations and changes in direction.
Sniper Shot - shoot at least 300 shots daily!!! Use cans and bottles as targets. You will see real results in 3 months!!!
According to Slovak specialists of the Academy, this is exactly what a boy aged 15-19 needs!!!
Off-ice physical training:
Development of coordination, strength, speed, endurance, plyometrics, agility
Gymnastic exercises and acrobatics, stretching
Body recovery - jacuzzi, pool, massage
Wrestling or boxing once a week from the age of 15
Each academy team has its own training methods and developments.
Training and match schedules will be provided by the teams that select the athlete during the Try Out.

Additional fitness classes for senior classes in the Academy are an integral part of the preparation.
The subscription allows you to plan your schedule independently and use the gym, with the option of using the services of a professional instructor if desired.
Twice a week, additional strength and static training sessions are held with Academy players in a specially equipped fitness room.
